Would the BBC consider a re-hash where an older granville takes over the shop after Arkwright gets married to Nurse Gladys and retires to somewhere and then some long lost son of granvilles turns up?
this would be a perfect way to upate the show but keep the spirit the same as granville could be chasing the milk woman the same way arkwright was with the nurse?
