I wonder if anybody knows where we can get the first two onedin line series on dvd as complete episodes rather than compilation sets?
We have Dutch versions of series 1-4 and series 3 & 4 are in the episodic format but series 1 & 2 are 2-3 hours long compilations.
If anybody could help...?
Unfortunately the first two seasons of the Onedin Line are not available in episodic format on DVD. However, Season 1 will be released on DVD in Germany in 2007. Maybe this upcoming release will feature the individual episodes.
shareI know it's a few years now, but I got the 1st series on eBay from harlequin3196 in September 2009. I had bought - and returned - the Dutch version earlier. It was not only a compilation, but one of the episodes was absent!
I have ordered series two from Play.com, but will have to wait to see if it is constituted of episodes, and is complete. The Dutch compilation of series two is also incomplete, the episode "Bloody Week" being absent.
Further to my last; I am now in possession of the second series PUBLISHED BY THE BBC, and this is in episode form and contains all episodes.
