The Two Series The Avengers and Doctor Who from 1963-1969 had the
writers' and Producers--Perhaps Creators??

So Doctor Who had the original Cybermen... They were created by Dr. Kit
Pedler (the unofficial scientific adviser to the program) and Gerry
Davis

in 1966, first appearing in the serial The Tenth Planet, the last to
feature William Hartnell as the First Doctor. So these two series' came
with TV versions... Books may have other "metal men"

What are we talking about here? Comparing Cybernauts with Cybermen?
They are pretty similar, that's about all that can be said :/

Cybernauts came first as far as I know...

Cybernauts - 1965
Cybermen - 1966
Metal Mickey - 1980
