Unsolved Mysteries

I'm a big fan of this Robert Stack hosted series, that was quite similar in tone, subject matter, and quality.

Some episodes featured cases that had been on "In Search Of..." like:

Amelia Earhart, King Tut, the lost Dutchman mine, UFO Australia, shroud of Turin, among others.

Another great link, aaron.

Now I'll spend another few days reading this connection and that connection!

(It's a shame that we'll likely never see a comprehensive Unsolved Mysteries set.)

Thanks again Marla, I hope others find it interesting too.

"Unsolved Mysteries" DVDs are now out-of-print since their original distributer[First Look] is defunct. No idea what company could get the rights(what if VEI does!?] Unlikely to get a complete series release, but it could be split into season sets via two or three volumes.

We can but hope!

If someone were willing, I'd settle with more segment collections of UNSOLVED MYSTERIES, especially a "Strange Legends, Volume 2" set.

I'd settle for that too, but I'm not counting on it either!

R.I.P. Robert Stack on the decade anniversary of his death. You were a class act sir, and not easily replaced!

Still waiting for word if either the old DVD sets will get reissued(the distributer [First Look] went bankrupt) or a new distributer purchase the rights.

Do we hope for VEI?
