I just watched the Holy Grail episode and was surprised to not see mention of Mary Magdelene. I could swear I remember an episode that talks about her carrying Jesus's child. Was there another episode? or am I thinking of a different series all-together?

Sounds like you're thinking of THE DA VINCI CODEI am most certainly NOT thinking about The Da Vinci Code. I remember watching the episode in the late 80s/early 90s on A&E, and I could have sworn it was this show. Evidently not. share
The 2002 version of "IN SEARCH OF" with Mitch Pileggi touches on this theory about Jesus and Mary Magdalene having children, but I don't recall them ever mentioning the Holy Grail, not even as a metaphor.
