When Augustus dies while Livia gives her monologue is just amazing. Watching this again, thanks Netflix, and many scenes are like new again. What an amazingly written and performed show. I wonder what they put in his eyes so he didn't have to blink that wouldn't be shiny. Just brilliance from Brian Blessed.

shareInteresting that is Death scene in "Tarzan" is quite amazing too. But not for the same reasons. It is a perfectly timed sequence of shots when Clayton hangs himself. Nobody dies better than Brian. Hope he lives a long time so he can do a lot more of them.
