Just Wondering

Does anyone know if the show was recorded live or something, because I was watching an episode of Family Feud on GSN at 4:00 (Central Time,) and I saw one person that sat in the front row ducking, probably hoping nobody would see him, he was beginning to sit down, just as about Gene Wood, was about to introduce Richard Dawson like he does every show, so I was just wondering does anybody know if this show was recorded live or something? I mean I don't know about the 70's, but I do know if there is something going on today that is live, they usually put the word "live" in there, like "Live with Regis And Kelly" or when Playmania (That new show on GSN that Melissa Peachy and Shandi Finnessey host, Thursday-Saturday nights at Midnight (Central Time) incase you don't know what I'm talking about. playing they have "Live" on their, to show you its Live. So I'm just not sure and I'm wondering since I saw that today, I was wondering if anybody knows if this show was recorded live or not?

If I remember correctly I think theytape recorded a certain number of shows in the evening, Thats how game shows were, if you notice on other shows like "Password Plus" Allen Ludden would tell the players what day of the week it is, or he would say "Well this is our fifth day with these two stars. But in reality they would tape I think 5 shows a day back then.

Oh Ok. I think I understand what you mean. Like I know Bob Barker usually tapes 2 shows of "The Price Is Right" on Mondays, or usually during the taping season he does. So yeah I know what you mean. Thank you very much for the information.
