If Charlie was known to so many people, then why the heck did he have to keep his identity secret from the Angels? I know it was the show's gimmick. But if you think about it, it really makes no sense. LOL
Exactly. Charlie would let any bimbo in a bikini into his compound to meet him face to face, yet his own employees couldn't know what he looked like. It really did not make sense at all.
Identities were something that this agency really struggled with. As we were discussing here a few days ago, why did the Angels use their real names when they were working under cover? The bad guys often looked them up and discovered that they were undercover detectives because they used their real names, which was just really stupid and unnecessary. They also drove cars that were registered to the Townsend Agency so all the bad guys had to do was look up a license plate number to connect them to Charlie as well.
