In season 5, the Angels head to the office in Hawaii. If Charlie had an office in Hawai, wouldn't make sense to have Hawian Angels working there full time? Did they explain this?

Perhaps at the time Charlie got kidnapped, he had to call on the Beverly Hills Angels because the Angels at the Hawaii office were not available. Maybe they took a leave to go race cars in Europe, or got married, or simply went "back east." Just like some of the LA Angels did! LOL
