The Mystery Man in Angels On The Run.

Kelly is in her dressing room dolling up for her singing performance. Bosley walks up and knocks on her door. A man in a blue suit walks past Bosley and stops to talk to two guys (one Black one Asian) that come up on him. These are the guys that will soon conk Bosley on the head and abduct Kelly. The Asian man says to the man in the blue suit "Regular guys couldn't me it. We're just ????? for them." Okay the Black and Asian guys are a part of the bad guy team that we've seen before, but who is the mystery man in the blue suit? Never seen before or after. And why did the Asian guy have to say anything to anybody to justify his presence? We already know that him and the Black guy are two of the bad guy team. What am I missing?
