It's only Kate Jackson who used to act (and still do) odd toward Cheryl.
She always talks about the 3 original actresses and never mentions Cheryl.
She claimed that the show was declining from season 2 with the arrival of Ladd.
Ladd always said that she and Jackson never got close, because Jackson never talked to her.
But she also said that they never been enemies and as a true professionnal, she would just do her job and act with kindness, as it is the case on the pic you posted (excuse my English, I'm french).
I recall some interviews with Cheryl Ladd where she said sometimes she and Kate would talk and get along fine, but then sometimes they would not talk to each other at all. So it sounds like a sorta off and on relationship.
Maybe that pic was taken at a time when they were talking or getting along.
Ironically, even though Kate Jackson was closer to Farrah Fawcett, I always thought Kate Jackson had better chemistry with Cheryl Ladd.

"Kate didn't hate Cheryl because she replaced Farrah. That's nonsense. Cheryl is the bitch- not Kate. I worked on Charlie's Angels the first couple of seasons. What a fucking madhouse. But Kate was very nice to people, including the people working on the set who weren't "stars". People liked her. She was more down to Earth in many ways.
