Filler episodes and arcs?

Things that are added to the story to make it longer and have more character development than The Six Million Dollar Man, right?

We did see more change and development in Jamie than in Steve but I think much of that had to do with the fact that Lindsay Wagner was a better actor than Lee Majors. She could do more with an emotional scene than he could.

Yeah, absolutely. The thing that was so great about her was that she was kind of goofy and humor, a lot of what made her delightful was not gone in her show. That's why I love watching Jaime's more youthful energy.

We saw much more home life of Jaime's and several episodes that weren't missions, just something that Jaime ran into by happenstance. Steve always seemed to be in Oscar's office waiting for a mission.

if the devil is 6

Yeah, episodes focusing on developing character and giving you a reason to care about her was just as good as that. She was getting more development than even Steve. We didn't see much more home life of his in TSMDM show and we finally saw him at the docks where he was living and working on his charter boat in the reunion movies.

Let's not forget backdoor pilots. This series had a few where Jaime took a backseat.
