Isn't Alice on TV anywhere?

It would be nice to see this show again on TV somewhere.

Sorry to say that no ,right now Alice is not on TV. 

The best you can do right now is this :

DVD Season releases

Warner Home Video has released the first four seasons on DVD in Region 1 via their Warner Archive Collection. These are manufacture-on-demand (MOD) releases, available through Warner's online store Warner Archives Collection (only sold in the USA), and also through Oldies.com (which distributes and sells worldwide), and through Amazon and eBay.

They stopped in 2013 ,for one reasomn ,
there was no 'real' money in finishing it.

I have been entertaining the idea of contacting either ME-TV or Antenna TV to get them showing this show. If they can show Barney Miller mthey can show Alice.

(Barney Miller is about to have it's final season put out this July!)

Go for it or just be a gopher!

I'm hoping a channel like antenna tv picks it up because the dvds released are shockingly not subtitled or captioned for the hearing impaired. I can't imagine in this day and age they would purposely leave it out....especially considering the fact this is a 40 year old sitcom and it's original audience is aged along with it and many rely on the subtitles to watch.

If it's shown on tv chances are good it will be captioned. The only place to currently watch Alice with CC is Amazon streaming at $1.99 per episode....F that!

It needs to be on Netflix.

both Linda Lavin and Polly Holliday have the ability to block the show. Both felt type cast and have moved on from the show and do not like when it comes up all the time
