Credits are bizarre, here and on DVD

Funny, that George Grizzard and Kathryn Walker are not even to be seen in the credit listing here, unless one goes to the extended page, and there they are listed for "unknown episodes." Very strange. Meanwhile, on the DVD extras, there is a section for actors' filmographies, with five or six actors included, all men! How could they neglect to include Ms. Walker's credits?! It is truly bizarre, and a blot on the production.

This is an excellent series, which I'm enjoying very much.
