Miracle Truck!

The "Blue Mule" must have something in common with the car from "Christine." It miraculously removes the ton of graffiti spray-painted all over it. Then, after crashing through the sign, which probably close to destroyed it, it's all put back together in perfect condition, tooling down the road at the closing credits.
