1.) If he was so broke, where did he get the money to have his truck completely redone after it was spraypainted and wrecked?

2.) Was there only the one cop? Who was investigating all these murders and assaults? Are we supposed to believe that this one cop kept it all hidden?

3.) At the end of the movie during the credits, was that earlier footage of him and his wife driving around with the dog, or was that what happened after he was healed and back to normal (a third truck)?

1.) Insurance

2.) Don't know for sure, in rural areas and small communities there are usually a small amount of officers.

3.) I'd have to watch it again, but I assume it's probably supposed to be the same truck, either before it was wrecked or after it was repaired.
