played as a double feature in uk, with what movie?

I saw this movie as a child with my father, i remember it played as a double feature with a french (i think) dubbed action cop movie? any ideas what that film was, as i remember it was quite good (for a ten yr old lol) there was a chase and i'm sure it was on top of a train. Cheers
