out of print, but when will it be back in print?

i emailed the guys at anchor bay about info if they were ever going to repress this dvd again and they told me no they no longer own the rights to it. anyone know who may own the rights to it now so i can find out if it will ever be out on dvd again and not at a ridiculous price, thanks.
