What are the other two stories about?

Like most people here,i havent seen this film since i was little,i was going to buy it on dvd,but are the other two stories any good? I cant remember?Time passing seems to make things seem scarier than they were,but then i was scared of clowns!?

the first one is about a horny college student who has obsessions about her shy professor. The second story is about a story of two twin sisters who behave very differently. Both stories have weird end twists.
