Please Help!!

Most people here seem to know quite a lot about 70's movies and series, so i think I can ask you about some movies/Tv series that come to my mind but I can't remember by name:

1-A story of a man (I can't remember if his name is Arthur, Artie, Alfred or something like that)who spends most of the time dead in his coffin, but communicates(!!??) telepathically with someone in his old mansion. The bad greedy woman will keep him unburied until he reveals the whereabouts of the money.

2-I was 6 years old, but I remember this horror TV show: The credits started with an unseen thing flying towards a woman who turns around to the camera, screaming. Some stories I remember are one about this evil small statue of an indian that brought bad luck (and death) to anyone related to it. Another story is about an elderly couple (at least, I think they were an elderly couple) who would distrust EVERYONE and install several security devices in their house until they get trapped by their own "security". This episode ends with the couple screaming and pleading for someone to help them out.

3-A creature that lives in the sewers (at least in the beginning of the movie)that feeds on the spinal cord of humans. When it attacked people, it would stick its tongue (or some kind of appendage)down its victim's throat
