horror anthogy-- what's the title?!-- please help!

I watched this horror anthology on VHS in the mid-90's. It started out with a small group of people stranded in a bus station (or airport) during a storm and they pass the time by telling scary stories. One story involved a boy scout troop with the leader turning into a monster or serial killer (which lead to much snickering among my friends) while the troop was camping in the woods. Another involved a girl who was a professional swimmer who was dating a male swimmer who turned into a zombie (see a theme here?). The scene I recall vividly is her emerging from the water as he's standing over her on the edge of the pool. This would have come out in the late 70's/early 80's. I've been looking for this movie for years, any input would be most appreciated...thanks!!
