Maybe I'm wrong but I think this is a great movie. I think it's widely bashed primarily because of the not so good quality of the DVD. Or maybe I just like the movie because I'm a Europhile! I wish it had more money behind it. If it had, I think it could have been spectacular.

Such a comment really misses the mark when you take into consideration that Milland would essentially take any role given to him throughout the 1970s and up until his passing. Take a look at his filmography. For every "Rich Man, Poor Man", there was a "Thing With Two Heads". Granted, I love Milland... but, I also love a lot of the exploitation pictures he appeared in during this era. Furthermore, I wouldn't write "The Swiss Conspiracy" off as one of his worst.
