What the hell is it ? It's Featured even more prominently in "Ultravixens" (A march?)

My friends and I have been Imitating it for years. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Since Russ Meyer was a WWII veteran, this was his way of thumbing his nose at the Nazis. There was a running gag in some of his movies about the former Nazi Martin Bormann. There was a theory that the real-life Bormann fled from Germany to Argentina (or somewhere else in South America). Might also explain why Uschi Digard was in a number of his movies as well playing a sort of German superwoman.
