UK theatrical version

Assuming I read my sources right, the UK theatrical version of this film, called Enter the Street Fighter (at least for the original home video release by VTC), has more footage than the US R-rated version, but isn't quite uncut. As such, I believe it also has English-dubbed dialogue not found on any other English-language release (the only evidence of this extended dub that I've ever seen is on the English-language trailer when Terry says, "You'd better give up; I'm a master, and you're going to lose this game!"). If anyone could show me where to find this UK theatrical version so I can verify this, I'd be very happy.
