I hope this classic film will get a great quality release on Blu-ray. I believe Optimum in the UK still have the rights.

I still can't believe no studio has done a decent quality version of this film on DVD or blu-Ray, as in 16:9 anamorphic WS with either dual audio tracks or featuring separate versions of the film. All I have seen are the budget title releases with standard widescreen.

Brentwood had an HD-DVD release of this film, which is of course no help for those looking for a good Blu-ray version of the film.
