Swastikas were an Eastern symbol of well-being and good luck before the Nazis adopted it as their symbol. I don't think that they associate it with Nazis over there.

Notice that the swastikas are reversed, pointing in the opposite direction of the symbol used by hitler during the Third Reich. This is an ancient symbol of peace used in hindu religon. If you travel to India these symbols are everywhere; no, this no connection to nazism in Sister Streetfighter.
