Very good movie... It represents very well social reality...

A bunch of guys (Church, rich men, corporations, etc) which control the force (military) and the law (politicians). These guys are above the law because they made the rules no matter how disgusting and immoral they are. The young girls and boys are all the regular people who have no other choice than obey or die. Excellent movie!
