Basically a bunch of nobles taking huge pleasure in sexually abusing children, and when they get bored of that they torture and kill them just for fun. So... no its not sick at all.
This movie was just stupid:

Love horror/thriller/dramas etc but jeez...if there was a point to this bullcrap i guess some genius out there could come along and explain it...unless wanting fascist dickheads to die horribly is some deep stuff??
