Missing scene

I saw this twice in the theaters in early 1976 and enjoyed it immensely.
Seeing it on video in the 80s and now on DVD, I'm always missing one very funny scene that was in the theatrical release.

After Flashman and his friend try to get away from the police raid in the beginning of the movie, Flashmans friend winds up at a fish stand, and while the police are approaching he keeps hurling fish at them while the man at the stand keeps counting up the cost of the fish, until the police finally hit him on the head with a truncheon. A lovely little scene, and I'm sorry it's not there anymore.

Does anyone else remember seeing this scene?

There was also a flashback scene to his Rugby days that was cut after the first release.I found that annoying and indefensible.

Are they in a deleted scenes segment on the DVD? Seems a shame to have lost these scenes, they sound good.
