Books are 'transcribed'?

So the text of all the books is converted to text?

reply

I think the impression is that the books were censored in way to prevent individual thought or to fit into the narrative of the corporation's rule.

reply

the word 'transscribe' intself means "writting from one place to another" (trans= from+to and scribe = write). So in this case it's correct, since the texts were scribes from books to Zero.

reply

All books were rewritten to fit the narrative of the giant corporations.

Original texts were gone?

reply

That's definitely the impression I got.
