The beginning is ok, the middle VERY slow, but the ending car chase, and especially final shot, are awesome. Pretty good for a 70s drive-in film.

Far superior to Duel. Peter Fonda kicks ass! Check this out.

My daughter and I watched it last night on 'Fright Night Theatre'. Wasnt much frightening about it, in fact we laughed ourselves silly. Imagine Deliverance with a Winnebago instead of a canoe, and devil worshippers who look like hillbillies, and your'e there.

This film although corny by today's standards definately has a chill factor.. it scared me a little when I was a kid. Worth a watch for sure.

i liked the movie, i bought the dvd. if you are looking for a bloody gory slasher than this wouldn't be the movie for you to buy. but it does have some really tense scenes. parts of it are believable. you should try renting it before you buy it to see if you like it first.
