DVD cover

The DVD cover, at least in the UK, features a scene that doesn't even occur in the film - of someone firing a handgun from a moving car with the license number 666 and an inverted pentagram on the radiator. I suppose this is just some illustrator's interpretation of the title. I can understand how this happens with book covers, but would it have been too hard just to select a suitable still from the actual film?
