One of my favorites.

I saw this in the theater at the age of 8. It made quite an impression on me and the ending is one of the key reasons. Very few films today combine the thrills and chills of this cult favorite.

I am a big fan of Warren Oates and Peter Fonda. Of course, being a Dark Shadows fan, having Lara Parker in it was great, too.

I actually saw the film for the first time tonight. But I have a feeling it is going to become one of my favorites. Everything about it seemed spooky. The film had an unsettling atmosphere right from the beginning. You could tell something bad was going to happen right from the start. The suspenseful buildup was incredible. I am a Dark Shadows fan so I watched this film mostly for Lara Parker, and I am glad I did.
