Clara Calamai's green broach

I guess it's not the most important detail of the movie :) but I'd like to know what kind of broach it is. It looks like a green flower but it's of an abstract shape. It's nice, I'd like to give the same one to my wife !
Is it made by a known designer or from any brand ?
