Can someone fly a plane with one arm? I don't fly so no insults please.

Yes, it's done, as is one- and no-legged flying.
In this case, I figured someone helped Joey get in and start it up. I'm not sure that model of Cub had an electric starter.
But, I didn't worry about it. Too busy trying to keep up with who's done what and who's doin' whom.
