Victor French is outstanding in this!
This is his best work, and he has done some extremely likable work.
shareYeah, Victor French is great in this. He had worked with Robert Mulligan on the movie he made before this one, "The Other", in which he played Me. Angelini. With that performance he proved he could break down and cry; he does that again here, in the beautiful final scene with Cooper.
