Circumcision?

Hmm, well it isn't routinely done in England now, but during, and for a while after the Victorian era, it was used as punishment for and prevention of masturbation. I'm not sure how long it took for the whole anti-masturbation nonsense to end. I've only seen the film a couple of times (Great movie, isn't it), but I don't seem to remember any references to infant sexual mutilation (circumcision).
