How can i watch this movie? any way of getting it?

I just found this at a Best Buy - It is on a "50 Movie Pack" collection of 12 DVD's. It's called "Chilling Classics" by Mill Creek entertainment (2005).

ISBN is 26831-07018. I think it was $9.99.

Sadly, Mill Creek has re-pressed Chilling Classics and removed MILPITAS MONSTER for whatever reason. The only other option currently available are used VHS tapes from amazon.com or eBay/half.com.

It has been released via amazon.ca as The Mutant Beast on dvd.

I'm trying to figure out why Mill Creek would "re-press" a cheapass boxed set of VHS transfers. I mean, the quality sucks to begin with. This was the first time I ever bought anything from Mill Creek. I'm not wasting my money on any more crap from this company.
