Favorite Outfit?

If nothing else, Diana Ross did wear some spectacular clothes in this movie. I had two favorite outfits...the chinese yellow gown that Jean Pierre Aumont bid on in the auction and the yellow outfit with the cape and the hat that she wore to her first interview at the modeling agency.

The cape-and-hat from the interview sequence was indeed gorgeous, and I thought she looked great in the Kabuki fashion show sequence at the start and the end where her hair was a cinnamon color and her loose-fitting dress a dusky brown (her dress was much better than the ones on the models!). But my favorite Ross moment was in the white dress after the humiliating auction scene, where she meets Christian: bare sides and shoulders, hair long and flowing, she really did look like a supermodel.

The cape and hat is something me and my friends still marvel at. Another one of my favorites is the purple dress that she posing in the streets with, the one when Sean pushes her in the water. There was another outfit during the modeling montage it was a black dress where she's laying down but sitting up and it has a very low cut neck line in the front. Hell every outfit in this film was goregious.

My favorite was the yellow dress with the rainbow colored sleeves or covering that she was modeling while dancing to "She's the Ideal Girl" before the hard-assed manager lady stopped them.

Diana designed a great many of the outfits for this movie. She was trained to do exactly what Tracey did(be a fashion designer) and probably would have been if it hadn't been for the supremes.
My favorite was the dragon gown she wore during the humilating scene. I even had the barbie version when I was a kid(to go with my Diana Ross doll)

The white dress with the beading around the neck was great.

The multi-colored rainbow dress that she created. There are others but that's the one I would personally wear if given the chance.
