Is it in this film that Keaton's character is in bed and says something like she is not a whore while surrounded by men and then try hard not to laugh.

Sort of. It's Keaton's character's husband who's proclaiming her purity on his deathbed, but the attending priests and doctors are barely able to keep still and silent.
