Where did SP get that cape?

Where did they get those outfits in the first place and why did they both use the same name?
Calvin Lockhart had some very fine suits etc. He is missed.
Sometime after seeing LDIA Calvin Lockhart was sitting in the booth next to my wife and I in a resturant. I didn't feel I wanted to pry.
