Werewolf Mania

In view of the imminent release of the big-budget Del Toro/Hopkins remake of The Wolfman i'm surprised this film doesn't seem to be getting a DVD release to capitalise on that. I'm sure most of the other well known lycanthrope films will be heavily promoted/reissued for the same reason. Why not this film?
