One of the biggest anti-heroes ever

I wanted to hit Tetsuya as much as I wanted to hit Begbie when I first saw Trainspotting...

For real, that's what made this film hard to watch at times when I saw it years ago----the dude's I-don't-give-a-fck attitude seemed cool at first, but when it became apparent that he was just seriously fcking crazy in a very dangerous way, that's when people started to want to get the hell away from him. Also, i thought it was so fcked up how he assaulted the young lady who helped hide him from the police---(he did look after her when she was sick, ater on, but that was no excuse for what he did to her.) Plus he was a total d*** to most people around him, just because he could be, which is why everybody started to hate him But,yeah, this film has a portrayal of one of the most extreme, self-destructive characters I've ever seen---the lead actor went all out here, and it shows.
