Same.

The C G I set???

reply

exactly... I don't see how a CGI shark and sea is going to capture the real fear...

reply

The rubber shark they used looked fake as well....

reply

But the scares were real...

When I think of the more recent shark movies, The Shallows, Deep Blue Sea series, etc... and compare it to older shark movies, the less CGI ones seem to have better shark related scares...

reply

Well audiences had never seen much of like it before. Todays audiences are desensitized because it in tv, movies regularly now.

reply

No big loss. It'll just be a stage with a green screen, no?

reply

Don't you mean sinks?

Definitely. It’s like one of those math problems you can’t figure out because you require additional information. Tell me more so I can make sense of all of this!!

reply

That is critical... but there are more...

We need Chrissie Watkin's backstory as she is crucial to the plot. Who is she and what was she about? Why was she at that party? Where was her swimsuit? How close was she to earning her teacher's credential when she was eaten?

Who was the boater who died and had his leg chomped off? Why was he there and what was his family's reaction? Did he have children? Was one of them on the sailboat with Michael? Did he turn into a serial killer after watching his father die in front of him?

Where was Hooper's family vineyard? Did Quint's girlfriend Girtie enact revenge on Brody when he came back without her man?

With any luck we'll get answers...
