Best evil lair ever!

This had to have been the ultimate bad-guy hideout ever in this movie. From the outside it's a volcano with a dragon skull entrance, with the landscape littered with huge bones. Inside, there's skulls and awesome evil stuff everywhere, a trapdoor to a lava pit, a laser cannon, a hypno-chair, a freeze chamber, robot guardians with slinky arms, remote controlled tentacles... it's such a waste this was never a playset.
