All Good Things

Very few movies exist that touch on how key Manhattan real estate families kept Times Square a vice pigsty because they profited greatly from it. All Good Things is a fictionalized account of the Durst family and was made long after Times Square was sanitized and the story of Times Square was a sidebar to the murder while Hustling was made long before the cleanup and was probably the first movie to publicize the real estate industry's culpability (due to Gail Sheehy's NY Magazine article).
