Versions and companion pieces

As you may or may not know, there are other versions of "Histoire d'O" apart from the 1975 one.

I have tried to compile a list here, and would be grateful for any additions. Apart from direct "O" references, films with similar settings and situations are also welcome.
However, I would not go as far as to include films like "Secretary" or "9 1/2 weeks" or even "L'Image" - and certainly not any S/M film with whippings in it. What I'm after are stories of submission with sceneries akin to those of Chateau Roissy and Samois, Anne-Marie's all-female estate.

Here goes:

"Histoire d'O" (1958-61) A never-seen and unfinished version by Kenneth Anger. 20 minutes of footage is said to be locked away at the Cinematheque Francaise because the O character was played by a 20-year-old daughter of the then-minister of finance.

"Story of O, the Series" (1992). A ten-part mini-series, shot in Brazil by Frenchman Eric Rochat. Quite faithful to the book.

"Story of O: Untold Pleasures" (2002). A modern-day version by Phil Leirness, made in the US. Misses most of the points of the original.

"O: The Power of Submission" (2006). An American XXX version by S/M-oriented director Ernest Greene. Quite interesting and good in parts. High marks for effort, here.

"The Story of J" (2004). Another XXX version of sorts, directed by Celeste (formerly Bunny Luv).

Documentary:

"Écrivain d'O"/"Writer of O" (2004) Pola Rapaport's exploration of the world of "O" and its writer. Includes some dramatised parts.

Sequels:

"Histoire d'O: Chapitre 2" (1984) By Erich Rochat. Visually quite interesting, but decidedly less hot than the 1975 version.

"Fruits of Passion" (1981) A free adaptation of "Return to the Chateau", the follow up book to "The Story of O". Takes place in Hong Kong and stars Klaus Kinski. Very arty.

Influences:

"Menthe - la bienheureuse" (1979) Experimental 37-minute short, directed by the then-unknown Lars von Trier. Contains direct references to "The Story of O"

"Bad Girls" (1981). An American hardcore classic, directed by Svetlana. Contains a quite ambitious, Roissy-inspired section.

"Historia sexual de O" (1984). We certainly would have liked to see Jess Franco's version of this story. This is not it, rather a name-only cash-in. To Franco fans, it's seen as quite a good film, though.

"Joy à San Francisco"/"Joy in San Francisco" (1992) Part of the Zara Whites softcore series. A kind of Roissy-like mansion figures here. No great shakes.

The films of Lloyd A Simandl. Many of these touch slightly upon O-related themes, but are mainly WIP/white slavery stories.

Other media:

Doris Kloster's photo book "The Illustrated Story of O".

Guido Crepax excellent comic book version.

And, not least, the original novel.

Now, is there anything else like this?

Is there a DVD version available of L'Histoire d'O"?

In French with English sub-titles?

Both English and French are on the same disc, and subtitles are optional.

There's also what I like to call Story of Riki-Oh.

There is a Japanese BDSM comic book called Riki-Oh, which was then adapted as a Hong Kong movie called Story of Ricky.
