Was there anything cut out of Giant Spider Invasion for the MST3K episode? Violence or nudity? Just curious.

Watched original films not just with puppets.

Thre's a bit of titties when the girl comes out the shower and there's that guy there (sorry didn't pay that much attention to the 'characters' names.

The version from Bijou Releasing was uncut but wasn't available for very long. It was only available on VHS and VCD. Bill would not give the OK for a DVD. =/

YOu are right. Bijou flix only had the rights to the VHS version which was probably better and more complete then any DVD version bacause I have not released a master to anyone of the original original.
There will be a directors cut soon similar to the 50 minute or so version sold in Australia on 8mm film.

I would like to add something. It seems the one on Brentwood Video in their "Invasion Of Terror" box set might be uncut AND the print looks OK. Not fantastic, but not a rip off a VHS tape. The set also includes Rebane's other anti-classic "Invasion From Inner Earth".

reSpider and the Brentwood version. I can only tell you that I did not supply any masters of the original to
BCI Eclipse / Brentwood. Ent. I did not even sign a contract. A sales agent in L.A. made a deal I have never read or seen. Still attempting to find the truth behind all of that. One thing for sure. Brentwood does
not have Invasion from inner Earth. Or should not have. never made a deal on that either.

I am sure there were scenes cut from the MSTK version. ceraintily to brief topless scene. otherwise there was no violence to be cut. I am sure they would have like some,,

What most stands out are more scenes of skimpy Terry being hit on by both Kester and Cousin Billy. Makes me cringe, so I really, really don't blame MST3K for cutting that footage.

Another I remember was some brief dialogue where Ev mentions she and Kester lost a baby. Maybe a miscarriage. But it's really forced in because she's clearly more interested in the diamonds they found.
