Streisand's character was such a bitch in this movie. Not like in the first one where she was more likeable.

Some of the songs weren't even showcased in its proper time frame, just seemed like typical Barbra Streisand 70's fare.

Sucky movie.

That was because, if you've ever read about the real Fanny Brice, Fanny was very bitter and sarcasting after love of her life Nick Arnstein divorced her. Gone is the naive young woman and in her place is a real person who learned how the real world works.
