It's supposed to be bad. This movie has so many funny, quotable lines.

Well, whatever it is you're attempting to say, I'm sure it's perfectly dreadful and you have my deepest sympathy.
Personally, I think Female Trouble is one of the funniest movies ever made. It's filled with memorable lines and scenes and I never get tired of watching this film.
Nice girls don't wear cha-cha heels!
